Diagnose the system, not just the symptom.
A lift that will not raise, will not lower, stops unexpectedly or behaves intermittently can involve more than one subsystem. Control voltage, phase supply, contactors, switches, safety interlocks, lowering valves, hydraulic pressure and mechanical conditions all need to be considered in the correct sequence.
CtrlOn can assist with fault information, component identification, technical research and repair enquiries. Before any site work is accepted, the equipment, fault, location, competence requirements and safety implications are reviewed. Safety circuits and protective devices are not bypassed as a repair.
