Delivery & Returns
Tracked UK delivery pricing, cancellation and return arrangements for CtrlOn orders.
Effective date: 29 September 2026
Standard UK parcel delivery: £12 tracked. Free delivery on parts orders of £180 or more. The registered office is not a returns or customer collection address.
1. Delivery area and price
Online checkout is currently for UK delivery. Standard tracked parcel delivery is £12 for parts orders below £180 and free for parts orders of £180 or more. Oversized, heavy, palletised, fragile, restricted or destination-specific shipments may require a separate quotation before payment.
2. Dispatch and delivery timing
Eligible in-stock UK mainland orders placed before 4pm on a working day are normally dispatched that working day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day. Tracking is provided after dispatch. This is a service aim, not a guaranteed arrival time unless a guaranteed service is expressly confirmed.
3. Exceptions
Postcode restrictions, bank holidays, adverse weather, carrier disruption and events outside our reasonable control can affect timing. Consumer orders will be delivered within the agreed period or, where no different period is agreed, within the period required by applicable law.
4. On receipt
Inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible. If packaging or goods are damaged, keep the packaging, take clear photographs and contact info@ctrlon.co.uk with the order reference.
5. Consumer change-of-mind cancellation
If you are a consumer and the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you normally have 14 days after the day you receive the goods to tell us you are cancelling. You then normally have 14 days to return them. You may use our model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
6. Cancellation exceptions
Statutory exceptions can apply, including certain goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. We will not describe an ordinary stocked component as non-returnable where consumer law gives you a cancellation right.
7. Condition of returned goods
You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, a lawful deduction may be made for diminished value. Return supplied components, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
8. Return costs
For a consumer change-of-mind cancellation, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or law requires us to bear it. For faulty, damaged-on-delivery or incorrectly supplied goods, we will provide an appropriate remedy and bear return costs where required by law.
9. Business returns
For business purchases, non-faulty returns require prior written authorisation. Special-order, sourced-to-request, configured, fitted or used items may be refused unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Any agreed carriage, inspection or restocking charge will be confirmed before the return is accepted.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Consumer refunds are made within the applicable statutory time once the relevant cancellation and return conditions are met. Original standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where consumer law requires it; extra cost chosen for a more expensive delivery service may not be refundable.
11. Start a return
Email info@ctrlon.co.uk with your name, order reference, item(s), reason for return and photographs where relevant. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send goods to the registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
